Michael Shelton is a Texas native who grew up working on cattle farms and oil rigs. As a young blue collar worker, he gained firsthand knowledge of just how important the work laborers perform is. He also witnessed the pain inflicted upon young working men just like himself. Mr. Shelton decided to become an attorney so he could dedicate his career to providing the effective representation that workers deserve.
He has now been a practicing attorney for approximately 50 years. Over the course of his storied career, Mr. Shelton has won a vast spectrum of seven-figure cases, provided key legal services to unions across America, and earned widespread acclaim for his work. He is able to win difficult cases in large part thanks to his insider knowledge of the offshore, pipeline, and construction industries as well as the extensive rolodex of union contacts he has developed.

Mr. Shelton is a member of United Association Local Union 100 and to this day holds a Journeyman Pipefitter's card. He works closely with both business and workers' unions throughout the nation to create and advocate for robust union health plans.
